Friends of the Warm Springs Cemetery is a newly established 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to supporting the preservation and enhancement of Warm Springs Cemetery. Our mission is to lead the restoration and conservation of the cemetery’s historic monuments, ironwork, and other significant features.
We are committed to fostering public appreciation and involvement to help ensure the long-term care of this treasured historic landmark in scenic Bath County, Virginia.
With guidance from conservation experts, we have begun identifying and prioritizing the cemetery elements most in need of repair and preservation. Despite existing resources, the cemetery’s current funding and endowment fall short of addressing all necessary conservation work to safeguard this important site.
